Did you add the English translation when you downloaded the module?
So do you have a folder /en/ in /locale/ ?

Hi all
Just to give an example of what's happening. Using Pages I create a simple text entry that says 'welcome to the web site'. I highlight 'web' and use scribite to colour the word red. The screen displays the formatting correctly BUT... when I display the page I get the following :
Code
welcome to the [code=xml]welcome to the <span >web</span> site
The code block is also not displaying the span style attribute in the opening tag which isQuote
color:rgb(255,0,0);
On top of all this, if I use a simple tag such as b (bold), the page displays correctly. The problems all seem to be around images, link images and colours. If I insert a simple link that works fine in both scribite and the page display. As soon as I add an image, scribite works but the page shows the HTML as the link
OK... hope this helps. Is it that these modules can only cope with very simple HTML tags or have I got something wrong in the config somewhere?
Once again, thanks for all your help -

Hi again
Done a bit more playing.... this time with images. Seems it all works perfectly if I add an image into PostCalendar but not if I add one into News or StaticPages (these 2 display the HTML). If I then add a link to the image in PostCalendar that works fine too.
Does this mean that StaticPages and Newscan only cope with very limited HTML? -

To me
_PAGES_WELCOME
_PAGES_AVAILABLESECTIONS
means that the OLD compiled templates are still there. Please clear them, and caches (if using any of them) and check again
