I followed the upgrade instructions to the letter, but when I opened the upgrade page in my browser, this is what I got:

Please select your language
If you are missing your language here or see some strange lines like _UPG_DESCRIPTION you should install the most recent version of your language files. Please contact your local support site for more information about this topic. You can continue the installation in English and add your languages files later if you want.
_UPG_FOOTERINFO
I'm American so it's being installed in the default language of English so what is it looking for? Thank you.

Hello -
did you use the PostNuke -> Zikula migration distribution or did you attempt to upgrade directly to Zikula 1.2? (BTW - there is no PN 7.9 - the most recent version (years ago) was .764) -
