  I am looking into how to develop a content plugin and notice that in version 3.0.x of the Content module, the developer.txt file is missing. I wonder it there is some meaning to that omission? I have found this document in the version 2 release, but I wonder if there are changes for version 3?

  Not sure really. I must admit I always look in the available plugins how it's done and code from there
  In Content/pndocs there is now a content.odt, open(office)document, describing the module and the plugins as well: http://code.zikula.org/content/browser/trunk/pndocs/Content.odt
  In News the plugin is up to date with Content 3. Other modules have Content plugs as well.
