    Next time this occurs, clear your browser's cookies. Then, immediately refresh the page.

    I know you stated that you already tried clearing cookies, but did you immediately refresh the page, before you attempted to submit the form again?

    AllKnightAccess, just did precisely that...same authkey problem occurs, however.
