I installed the last version of Zikula but I cannot delete users anymore.
I get a Blank Page, probably there is a PHP error that I cannot see because of my server configuration

By latest version, do you mean 1.1.2 or 1.2-RC1 or 1.2-RC2?

Could it be that this is the same issue as discussed at the topic "error on delete user"?

From ticket #1128 you can see at changeset 26133 what needs to be changed in the zikula-1.1 family.
This is only fixed for 1.2
You might try this fix.

I just tried that fix but doesn't work for me.
Maybe it would have been better to continue that topic but I cannot see the error page and I thought the problem was different since that error was just solved...
Before upgrading my sites I had 1.1.1 and everything went well, I have only problems with 1.1.2 but I can upgrade to 1.2 if it is quite stable.
