  I try to migrate to Zikula 1.2RC and convert my site to UTF. Almost all its fine.
  
  But i got problem with functionality of URL like this "index.php?module=Pagesetter&tid=1&filter1=title:like:[cyrillic word]"
  
  When i try to filter some words with cyrillic letters this work only in Google Crome, but not work in FF3 and IE 8.0
  
  And if this URL is in web page (not in address bar) its not work in any browsers.
  
  But all URLs like index.php?module=Pagesetter&tid=1&filter1=title:like:[latin word] work fine
  
  As for as i understand this problem is with UTF.
  
  May be someone can help me?

  Problem was with MySQL 4.1 - in MySQL 5.0.45 all work fine

  BTW, how did you do it (i mean convert to utf8?).

  The : short in the short URLs have never worked, I believe people use ^ instead. There is another thread about this but I cannot find it.
  @Raul - the upgrade.php converts the database.
