We discussed inplaceediting for Pagesetter a while ago in the forums as well. Some related info that might interest you: http://code.zikula.org/dits/ticket/31.
Haven't looked at it in depth yet though

Thanks I see, it is just great to have some way of editing some fields quickly and inline.
For News I see several oportunities and I have the basics working already, but the handling of the edited parameters
with Ajax is not done yet
So I will look into it further.
