    my apple mighty mouse has left-click, right-click, scroll-ball (any direction), ball-click, 'squeeze', and probably other functions I haven't discovered yet. oh - and a unix terminal command line too.

    Does your mighty mouse make you coffee too? And answers your phone when your mother-in-law is calling? If so, I am convinced and will switch to Mac asap.

    With my Mac, my Logitech Revolution MX makes my morning coffee.

    In any event I looked at lots of those suggestions for software and the one that I found pretty neat was Aptana... Old habits die hard though so we'll see it I ever move from Dreamweaver...

    Thanks for the Aptana link, I am going to try to get up to speed in this over the holiday weekend.

    How do you debug a full URL in this? And on a remote server? Although this seems like a nicely designed application the documentation is weak and tech support response time (believe it or not) is worse than Zend's...

    Web development is the sole base of starting up your own web page as it is the foundation in which you are going to work with. Developers can have different preferences over such topic that some would prefer to write the backbone while others would prefer to design first.

    I personally prefer to develop the back-end of the system first as it would be easier that way and you can just trim the design to work well with what your core really is, rather than compromising the system for the design you have already put up.
