I am trying to put an image into a Content document. There is no problem using the original size, but if I want to put a thumbnail there, it just does not show up. The thumbnail image itself is created in the cache folder and in Safari at least I can see the frame reserved for it. Clicking on that frame (or the "view this file link) also displays the image, so all that works.
If I try to show the thumbnail in another tab (something I do sometimes with images that do not want to load on a website), I get a permission denied error. I could not find anything specific regarding thumbnail permissions in the docs, and a search did not yield anybody with a similar problem, so my best bet is to ask for suggestions here...
Any ideas?

This sounds weird, never recognized this behavior. Could you provide a link to the problem?

Hi,
I think I found it: the cache directory should *not* be within pnTemp, but under the Zikula root folder. For example simply create "/imagecache" or similar.

Indeed, that was the problem. I had thought it would be a good idea to put the cache to the other caches - turns out it wasn't... I guess this calls for a small doc patch...
(just filed one)
Thanks for the help!
