As far as I know my upgrade went ok, except that I cannot add any new blocks to my site.
When I click on "Create Block" in the Blocks Administration (index.php?module=Blocks&type=admin&func=new) all I get is a Blank Page.
I am able to create new block positions and edit any existing blocks.

Chances are big that one of your (activated) modules contains a PHP-filein their pnblocks-directory which causes an error.
Setting error-reporting to E_ALL (this means setting the development-flag $PNConfig['System']['development'] to '1' in your config file) could show some more info.
Or you might want to try to deactivate all non-core module on your site, and then call index.php?module=Blocks&type=admin&func=new. If it then works, one-by-one activate them again to see which one(s) cause the error.

That was exactly it Teb. I was looking down my list of installed modules and found Photoshare, which I *knew* wasn't compatible with Zikula but just damn forgot to remove it. I set it to inactive and all is super happy fun now.
