  Hi,
  
  we are in iran and work on persian community of zikula. we used PostNuke from 4-5 years ago and now we need to translate zikula for use it.
  now, please help me that which packages need for us?! we must upgrade all of our postnuke sites, and need to zikula for our new customers. maybe you say that we have need upgrade distro and zikula-core. if we upgrade postnuke sites to zikula through upgrade distro, can we update it with standard patches at the future? and can we run a website from scratch with upgrade distro?

  no need. Just install regular distro.

  okey, thank you. i worked on zikula about 1 month for customise it for persian people. now this is difficult for customise upgrade distro too. please tell me how can i use zikula 1.1.1 standard package for upgrading postnuke sites? maybe with moving some folders i can change zikula standard to upgrade distro. thank you for your help.

  The upgrade distribution is exactly what you want: A standard Zikula-1.1.1 package, without the install.php, and with a lot of extra modules (to ensure a proper upgrade from PostNuke).
  
  So, you could use the upgrade distribution for a clean install also, however you would just need to copy the install.php from a standard Zikula-1.1.1 CORE package into the extracted upgrade distribution.
