from 1.0.1 to 1.1.1, I am having trouble upgrading my theme to operate, seems blocks are stacking on top of eachother and the top and bottom of the webpage is based on the center column of the website only.
What has changed between the versions from a theme stand point so I can edit my theme accordingly
Thank you,

I don't remember any new feature in the Theme Engine
and i haven't problems with the Themes that worked on Zikula 1.0 (just the modulestylesheet removal and that's easy)
Have you an URL to check the issue?
Greetings

As always, I suggest you break out Firebug to investigate the issue. If you have a working copies of the newer and older Zikula architectures you can do a diff of the outputs to ease troubleshooting.

I know it sounds juvenile but have you cleared out the caches and compiled templates for pnRender and Xanthia (theme engine)?
I've found that sometimes it takes a few rounds of clearing these out before changes to my sites are properly recognized...
