Ok, so I have the thumbnail module all configured and showing green for go.
Now how do I use it in a Pagesetter template?

Hmm, if you want to use thumbnails in Pagesetter, you're probably better off using Mediashare to store your images and have it generate a previews which you then include in your Pagesetter publications.
The Thumbnail module is quite flexible and can do a lot of stuff, but it requires you to write some PHP code to integrate with your module. It isn't designed to be a ready-to-go module to use with things like Pagesetter but rather as a module which can easily be integrated in your own modules (or customizations).
You *could* call the required code from your Pagesetter template, but whether this is a good idea is an entirely different question.
Greetings

Curses. I'd like to limit the number of modules I add to a core installation to one. Using Mediashare doubles the number of modules I need to install. -
