I just did an import from pnUpper to MediaAttach. It looks like it ran successfully, but the pn_objectid on all of them are "99999999". So I've got the files, but they won't actually attach themselves to the pages they are supposed to be on.
Am I missing something?

No, it works like that. This object id is reserved for admin files (admin_view function). Imported files are migrated to admin files per default.
In future it is intended to split up the files and the file page attachments, so then it will become easy to reassign files to specific objects/pages again.
