I have installed Scribite 1.21 in PostNuke 0.764.
There is a .htaccess sample for images and downloads folders? (for the plugin ExtendedFileManager of Xinha)

Hi and welcome to the community forums Manuel!
Check the /system/.htaccess file. Clone it and include the filetypes you'll allow in the others folders.
Basically there are required two lines per allowed filetype:
Code
SetEnvIf Request_URI "\.ext$" object_is_ext=ext
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
Allow from env=object_is_ext
That will allow *.ext files
