ok what really fixed it was using module instead of name in the URL? Why does using name in place of module break stuff does it load different CSS or something??
in case you have no idea what i mean:
index.php?module=Members_List

name= is .7xx
module= is >= .7xx including zikula.
I believe module is proper now. Don't quote me on that.
