  I would like to add the "introduce yourself" item in the extmenù.
  A new user should click there and should apperar a page with a text box (so he will write "hi, I', napoleone, I come from paris, ecc...) and a attach (so he can upload a pisc with his face).
  
  The best would be a block that list all the user description near the correspondenting pics, something similar to postnuke user list, but simpler
  
  Is there any module like this?

  something that cold have a block

  And specific for many other utilization (ex, a register of the people with black air, and one for people with blond hair)
  
  maybe something like a gustbook for registered user?
  
  
  Example for hair colors. I would like with separate list (name description foto):
  
  Mario is blond, he register to my site and compile the profile with all the stuff. Then he would be listed in the "blode hair list" and so it compile the module that I'm looking for, and in home page automatically the list of blonde people is updated.
  The day after, Katy register to my site and with the normal registration, set like Mario the username, the password and all the stuff, then she would like sot be adderd to the Black air list, so she introduce herself in that list and the "black air list block" in home page is updated automatically
  
  and so on with every user that want to be in a "hair color" list: not all the registered want to be in the "color hair list", so I can't use the profile
  
  
  
  Is it too confused?

  Can you give me some advice? I'm not good with Pagesetter
  How can I generate an automated input mask for peolple who want to add themselves into the "hair color" list (introduce & foto field) with Pagesetter?
  
  And then will Pagesetter generate a block with the list "name - foto" of the users that subscribed the list?

  Actually both...
  you could use pnprofile and Pagesetter, and relate the tables, I did a test case once with PN, I guess pnProfile for Zk is not that different, but I haven t used it yet.

  I don't know what "and relate the tables" means :(
  
  I tried myProfile and I don't see the "create new user" command, and without it how do a user could create his own introduction? :(

  You don't have to create a new user in myProfile. You set up the information you want for the profiles in the Admin area of the module. You can use the userPictures module (from same developer) to allow them to upload photos, which will be used in their profile.
  
  The End-User, when they go to their "My Accounts" page will see the choice of where to fill out the info.

  yesterday trying to find the way I make some mistake, now zikula say me to installa the profile module :(
  so I have to fix this now,
  
  by the way, is there a myProfile "user list" block to put in home page?

  myProfile substitutes profile, so Members_List should show all your users.
  
  AFAIK know, you won't be able to sort on 'all ppl with black hair and one blue eye', but maybe that's for later First things first
