Is there any documentation on personalizing themes for a particular site? I'm using SeaBreeze right now, and if there isn't, I'm going to start creating it, as soon as I have finished.
My particular question right now: Where are the buttons in the header defined? They currently point to a bunch of functions that I am not using in my site, and I'd like to convert them or delete them.

There's no docs to customize the default themes i guess.
You can find dome threads related with explanations to change them (andreas08, vodoodolly, SeaBreeze). Search in the templates of the theme (/templates/master.htm and /templates/modules/*.htm)
Write locally, the Wiki is currently broken to add/edit content and it'll be fixed the next week at least

Luckily, I have discovered my server supports the -r option on grep, which makes life a LOT easier. I am taking notes, so I will be ready to help with the documentation on customizing themes, when it is available.

if you want to write some of your experience customizing the theme
the Wiki is now functional again
i'll add soon some Wiki pages about customize BlankTheme to build our own one from "scratch".
