how to upgrade from 1.0.0. to 1.0.2
I downloaded the patch Zikula-1.0.0_Zikula-1.0.2, but how start upgrade?

This is just a 'simple' file upgrade. Always, check the /doc directory for the directions.

Also, if you have made customizations to the core files, be sure to save a copy of your modified files so that you can implement those changes on any files that may be part of the upgrade.
For this reason, it is unwise to modify core files unless necessary. -

Is recommended to clone and customize the core files (templates and styles) and put them in the /config folder to keep them safe when upgrade

@Mateo: Is there documentation on doing those steps for new users? It would be a shame to make a bunch of changes as a new user, not knowing that when they upgrade they will overwrite. -

Tes it exists: Template Overrides.
Same apply for styles but in the /config/styles folder.
