  I saw this on TechCrunch today. It is an open source video platform called Panda that runs on Amazon Web Services.

  I definitely don't have the chops for module creating but figure some of you that do would be interested in this. Also for those not familiar with AWS I believe it is billed on your usage of the service.

  it uses JW FLV player (and supported file types) and gives the possibility to embed videos from external URL (like youtube)
