I've got the sample contact us form set up on my website, from Formicula. The form is working perfectly, but you cannot see the submit button if you are using IE. Using Mozzilla, everything is good, it is visible. Can someone tell me how to fix this, please?

It works fine with ExtraLite using IE7 so the problem seems to be your theme.
A quick look revealed lots of html errors in this table-based theme (which is not state-of-the-art), eg. a missing td around the main content plus a lot of others issues. You should try to fix them, this might solve the problem.
