Hello,
I work in a company, and I build thier website using PHP.
I saw some functions inside an old version of PostNuke I have (hehe.. the version is from 2004)
which might be helpfull.
Am I free to use them? as far as I understood from the GPL, it's ok..
Thanks,
Alex.

The very short answer is yes. But the right answer is that you need to read the license carefully, understand the terms, and adhere to them. For a software license, it's really pretty easy.
And there's no need to post the same question in more than one place here. Just pick the one most appropriate forum and ask your question. We'll see it.

Hey! I'm sorry for the double msgs, After I wrote the first,
I understood I wasn't at the right place.
Thanks for the answer, but I'm not familiar with these agreements, so can you please
post a link directly to these terms?
Thanks alot

http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html
The text of the license is there as well as links to things like FAQ. That should be a good starting point for you.
