I just built this tonight in about 3 hours. I don't really have the time to do stuff like this but you know how it is, you get to doing something and you just can't stop. I should be studying right now.
Anyways.. totally pro bono website for a local dog park that I have been working with to get going here in Tulsa, OK.

Nice and clean. The outdoor template design is great anyhow
One minor remark
, did you consider to remove the white "border" around the header and main part? It might look better.

Looks good. For completeness i'd tidying up the few validation errors in the page. Mostly these are unencoded ampersands - use the HTML entity instead.
