  Aside from the flash in the template what's the HTML like? A table based mess or a decent CSS based design?

  That's the problem with getting a bid on a job like this. If it's a decent design, any one of us could knock it out in an hour and make a quick buck. If it's all table-based, I'd feel compelled to re-do it as CSS and it could end up taking too long to be worth the money.

  It looks like deciding how to present the content within the layout is the only challenge. Once you know that, it could be converted to a Zikula theme in a matter of minutes. In other words, how are you going to populate each of the content blocks in the main content area? Block zones? A wrapper module?
  
  The only other challenge will be deciding how to handle the Flash for non-Flash browsers. Do you want a second set of templates (that's the way it's currently bundled but would be a pain to maintain) or do you want to substitute non-Flash content on the fly within the templates?
