hi there,
I'm using Zikula 1.0 and Installed Sendform 0.5.3, when creating new form following error appears -
initGT not found - did you copy the updated LanguageUtil.class.php to the object directory?
Could not insert record in table sendforminitGT not found - did you copy the updated LanguageUtil.class.php to the object directory?
I had a look, but no such file is distributed with the package. Any idea how to solve this?

thanks, but Formicula doesn't allow for customization I want i.e. formatted multiline text ... -

Try to contact the author. In the database entry the email is listed under support information.
I have not yet tried sendform, so cannot confirm the error.
In the change log it says:
2008-04-07
- bug fix
1 page not found error when adding a form (however, form was added)
did you get really get the latest version 0.5.3?

I just downloaded SendForm 0.5.3 and see that the patched file IS included with the download. Check the docs directory in the patch.zip file.
The only thing that concerns me here is that the patch files included with SendForm are OLDER than those included with Zikula. -

I installed this and the patch, still didn't work - but I am right in saying that the patch alters a number of core files? Isn't that something that the developers have been trying to avoid. May have this wrong of course, but if sendform alters core files then buggered if I going to use it pending more upgrades for z1.0.1

I'm with ya, Namtrak. The SendForm module seems really cool (I tested it with PN 0.8) but I don't like to alter core files. I use Formicula.
