This is a new Zikula site, upgraded from PN .764 with many custom modules.

Theme is a customized blank theme (Thanks Mateo ) based on YAML. Paid for YAML license allows for link removal (just in case anyone asks ).

Its not 100% with validation (ie, some of the content modules are legacy, and not up to standard yet), but is mostly CSS/XHTML based.

Menu's are Smarty includes, merely UL LI lists, with the dropdown and styling all CSS driven and work well in the browsers tested - Firefox 2,3 - Opera - IE 6,7.

An interesting note, they wanted to use their existing virtual tours and home search through 3rd party providers (MLS and such) and so these searches are wrapped through Postwrap - thanks Shawn

They just need to improve their images in the UTSearch app

Haha...yeah, the UTSearch app is outdated...and ugly. It's from their regional MLS, so they don't have any control over it and don't want to pay the $1000 yearly to import and style their own MLS search.

Yup, it was looking good until to UTSearch.

Need some JS help to fix those styles up a bit
