So how do we get "ticket" permissions to be able to report bugs in the TRAC?

I did...it tells me I need ticket permissions to lodge a ticket or make a feature request. -

Hey hey..now it works
Does a new registration need to be approved first? I registered on the TRAC...logged in, but it still gave me errors.
