Is it possible/easy for this to be implemented into the News template? I have a political website that my father writes on and he is asking for it. I told him I would have to look into it. What do you think?

This tagcloud works only with the old Topics module. I haven't yet switched to categories because I use Pagesetter and it still uses Topics.
Simon works on a really tagging module.
