    Hi, welcome to PostNuke.

    Scribite comes with a rather good description of the installation. Did you follow that one?
    You have PN 0.764 installed, did you get the correct 1.21 version of scribite for 764 (not the 0.8 version)?
    What do you mean with your modules block. You have modules that hold the main functionality (like News, and there are blocks that usually show parts of a module in a block that can be placed in the left column for example.

    I tried some pages on your site and I se what you mean now. There is the error

    Code

    Fatal error: Smarty error: [in master.htm line 22]: syntax error:
    unrecognized tag 'scribite' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 583) in
    /home/gringels/public_html/includes/classes/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

    this means that the scribite plugin cannot be found and you try to call it with the

    Code

    <!--[scribite]-->

    . If you put the scribite plugin function.scribite.php in your themes/YourTheme/plugins it should work.

    Make sure you have the correct version found here: http://community.postnuke.com/module-Database-viewpub-tid-3-pid-107.htm

    Code

    <!--[scribite]-->
    </head>
    <body>

    notice the square brackets around scribite.

    I think he already has the tag in his template, that's where the error is comming from. But it needs the plugin to be there in the theme.

    Ok I have no idea what's up with this now. I get the fckeditor and tinymce to show up, but I don't get scribite. I have deleted all the old files and start a new with the directions. I get the editor graphics when I got to write but it doesn't save the way I want and the font/color codes save on the front page. Go to http://WRCPOA.orgto see what I mean. I appreciate all your help and the community.

    Thanks,

    :)

    In your admin, go to settings and allow 'font with attributes'.

    Mind you the font tag is deprecated in newer version of (x)HTML. A better way is CSS.
