  If I put a fck news and i see the preview ok, while public i see the news with all HTML tags?

  I understand that the problem is related to the setting of HTML settings.
  To view the news properly must activate several tags.
  I read that some active tags can create problems.
  There is only way to solve this problem?

  Yes, if you use HTML you'll need to enable it with attributes in administration > settings.
  
  Allowing some tags with attributes can cause problems with user submitted content as skilled malicious users could insert Javascript into your tags, however with an output filter like SafeHTML enabled this risk should be mitigated.
