The constants are not the same, so there are no duplicate constants. Merely the translation is the same at this moment. I don't know where they are used, but this keeps the option open of defining something diferent later on or in different languages.

Log a bug so that all problems are in one place. Most likely the strings are identical but from different sources and can be merged.

There's an extra colon (:) in there but this I can fix. I've tidied this a bit further in SVN.
