If you seem to be having issues during install or upgrading your .8 PostNuke, you maybe having issues with your .htaccess files. Please remove your .htaccess file and try again.
It is possible that your server maybe restricting use of .htaccess files. The default .htaccess files is just configuration for recommended PHP values. Please consult with your Server Administration for further details regarding your server's set up.

my htaccess looked corrupted when I opened it but I didn't try a md5 check or anything will later though before I post any bugs I might find, install went well gonna try a test upgrade :D
say what's with the bugfix weekend chat deal? I sent a PM to someone to get me info on the chat but I never received a reply
