In the past, to manage my PN sites, I have used students at the local University. This has worked well, as the work is really part-time, and the students can work whenever they want, from wherever.

However, I am not sure I would like to continue to do so, as every year or so we need to find someone new.

What are the going rates for part-time work like this? Students have been happy to get $150.00 a month, as the work usually entails 10 hours or less per month. And, what is a good way to find someone?
