Nukewrapper

I cannot get nukewrapper to work with postnuke .764 for some reason. I always get the "Whos a naughty boy" page. If I go to mysite.com/page.php I get something that reads "_NWNoAuthorityForURL". Is nukewrapper not supported for .764, and is there something like it (preferably not postwrap) that I could replace it with? -

Have you looked at htmlpages? I believe it works as a replacement for nuke wrapper which I don't think is in development any more.
That being said I don't use either but I'm going off threads I recall reading in the past.
