Inserting postnuke functions in AutoTheme?  Bottom

    Using AutoTheme, adding PHP code that includes postnuke functions (such as pnUserLoggedIn) fails to do anything and/or generates the error

    and breaks the formatting for the rest of the theme.html

    Is there a way to insert postnuke functions into theme.html and how is it done?
