for tortise just add the URL to whatever folder you want to download to...

Ok- Created a NOC id and I am able to browse the SVN in TortoiseSVN.
Thanks for your help.
I guess this is the best way to stay updated with the changes without having to DL the snapshots correct? -

Defenitely... Just run an update to your folder and it does the work for ya...
Also run an export from the folder to create your own, well, export. (without the SVN suff).
