I want to do this: Users upload their images very safe.
Nobody view someone`s image.
How can i do that?
And i want to store the file headers in database and file body in host.
Any idea?

If you want user galleries look for UserPictures in the NOC. You might have to add a check to the templates so that everybody can only view their own pictures.
