I'm still confused about this. Earlier today I checked out everything needed, PN tree, modules etc. Tried going back this evening for updates and I get the same error dits is reporting. Now, its working again. I have been using the new address, https://svn.postnuke.com/svn/postnuke

Each time it did work the NOC was up and each failure it was down. Does even the new address rely on the NOC being up, I was under the impression it would work even when I couldn't get into the NOC.

At least I've got what I need now even if it has taken a week to get it.
