I am trying to find either an updated FAQ module, or even better, a Wiki module for PostNuke. I found a Wiki thing at pnConcept, but couldn't find a download link for it.

If anybody could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it!

I have uploaded it the version that works for me...
i've download it at the pnConcept Nighty Build at the NOC a few months ago and maded some changes to get a success installation.

What Wiki Module should I use? I have a Section on my website which I would prefer a Wiki To a regular text page!

I only know this fully integrated Wiki module for PostNuke.
It's used in the documentation and ported by a core-dev: Frankly Chesnut.

I don't know about other Wiki integrations in PostNuke.

There is also aiUserPages for a per user blog like enviroment, and Openstar also has a journal(?) module that may suit your needs.
