Ok, that's exagerated, but it seems to me that many modules simply don't like the latest version of PN. Just for fun I installed the latest PN, but hey, upload-initiate-activate modules is at best reaching a 50% success rate. I must be doing something which is really basic really wrong here. Or does every existing module have to be modified before it will fly on 8?

Is supposed that 0.76x modules run over 0.8,
exactly what modules did you install successfully and what ones not?

For older modules there exists a legacy mode which can be enabled if desired.
The better way is to report problems with specific modules as Mateo asked for.
