Sorry if it sounds stupids but I've installed pnTresMailer and I know how to edit the header and the footer, but I have no idea how to actually write to letter itself...
Does anyone have an idea?

Nuky,
In the Tresmailer main admin page you'll see a link to "plugins". They are all the plugins you can install to pull content from your site into the newsletter. Experiment with them and preview the newsletters to see how they work. If you just want to write the newsletter instead of using your site content, install the "HTML" plugin. In the plugins page you will have an edit link next to the plugin, click that and you can put the content into that. One site I did uses it that way, they just write their content in an exteral editor and then paste it into the HTML plugin.
Hope that helps -

Hello!
It helps, but I still have a problem...
I use tinymce, and when I create a link it truncate the link :
http://www.mysite.ch/html/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=132
Becomes
index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=132
And obviously when people receive the newsletter it doesn't work.
This is the problem I had at first because I eidted the newsletter directly on the header, your message shows me how to do things more cleanly but my main problem is still here... -

Well if you know pnTresMailer maybe you can help me.
Is there any way to do things differently than through the edit HTML we are talking about ?
I'm thinking about a page we could send via FTP. This way we could edit the newletter via frontpage and send it via FTP before generating it... -

For Newsletters you always need the full URL... obvious.
You could however use the 'replace' function, but it has been ages since I've used pnTresMailer.
It's working with rss feeds, isn't it? BTW HTML area doen't do that AFAIK.
