[0.8] Create a blank home page ?  Top

    Hi !

    On 0.764 version I've set News module to start module on wich I've deleted "News Block" to have a Blank Page and only my own block
    like that : www.seriesparadise.com (all blocks are done with Pagesetter).

    On 0.8 I would like to do the same thing. I've selected News module for start module but I don't know how to kick out News block icon_confused
    I would like to have a Blank Page on wich I can add wich block I whant...

    Did somebody has an idea to help me please ?

    Just template it without $maincontent and replace it with your block calls... Unless I am missing what you are asking..

    I think the solution is good, I'm feeling stupid because I've done the same thing on .764 :$
    Try to find solution at work is not good because I can't search in templates...

    Maybe I'm missing something, but what's wrong with the default blank module for this? If you set it to something like the news module and just remove it's output, it'll still run the module creating unnecessary overhead.
