There seems to be a problem when upgrading modules, when the Name" and "Display name" fields do not match.
This should be easy to duplicate: Install Pagesetter (and pgcalendar if you like) into 0.76.4, then upgrade to 0.80-RC1
Initially they install as pagesetter/Pagesetter and pgcalendar/ Pageseter Calendar . After the upgrade there should be two of each module - one with the original name, one where the name is the same as the Display name.
