Ok guys I have used PostNuke before but when I log into the admin panel and try to do something I see this
What do these need to be set at? Also would this cause an error page to come up next?

File permissions?
Your install instructions are explicit: After install, you have to delete install.php, install folder, upgrade... and assign ONLY-READ permissions to config.php and config-old.
Go to your hosting File-Manager and change the permissions to 644 if Lunux, or Only-read if Windows.
