I downloaded PN800_20070627.zip snapshot
but all PHP files don't have ?> at the end of the file.
it's my system problem?

This isn't a bug but by design. Files containing only PHP code don't require the closing PHP tag. The benefit of this is that there is no chance of extraneous text (normally whitespace) after the closing tag breaking things.
