It was a quite foolish mistake that I never made before in other installations. I didn't activate the modules in the Modules system area, just kept baffling myself over why I couldn't see them or activate them in the 3rd Party window.
So note to self - always upload, open Modules, regenerate and activate BEFORE heading to 3rd Party!
