I had this problem before with this module...but I like the way it integrates into pnProfile.
I get the module all setup, create template images and upload images and everything works. The pictures show in the pnProfile page, etc. Now, after doing the testing if delete my images it won't let me upload anymore again. It keeps telling me that "you've already reached the maximum ammount of allowed uploads.."
I've checked the data folder to insure it's empty, cleared my IE files, deleted pnrender caches and even gone as far as uninstalling the module, removing the left over tables in phpMyAdmin and reinstalling the module.
After all that it still won't let me upload any more images even though there aren't any.
I'm at a loss on this one.

it seems that delete function doesn't update the ammount of uploads...
send this bug to Florian in the bug tracker system
and let him correct it.

I'm impressed.
I posted into the bug tracker last night and already today Florian has come out with version6 that fixes this issue. I have the new version up and running perfectly with pnProfile.
