  This comes up if i approve either a new member or a picture. And the data is deleted afterwords. It's gone, disapeared. That's bad. can anybody help me out here?

  http://de.php.net/manual/de/function.str-ireplace.php is a PHP5-only function. You are using an older version of PHP, 4.x.something.
