The most things can be changed in /themes/TheTheme/templates/master.htm or /themes/TheTheme/templates/modules/home.htm if there is a home template for the frontpage.

There's an excellent tutorial in the Wiki! It teaches you how to convert an existing open source theme (not from another CMS, but just CSS and HTML) to PostNuke. If you follow those guides and look at some existing 0.8 themes you will soon see how easy it is.

I have been looking around for this tutorial and I haven't seem to locate it yet. I have a webpage layout that I have created in dreamweaver and I'm trying to figure out how to convert it to postnuke and I'm having difficulties as well. I have been all over this site as well as in the developers and user documentation. Does anyone have an exact link to the tutorial instead of directing us back to the main page? Any help would be appreciated! Thx. -
