I was wondering if there were a way to incorporate the Google script in these pages to monitor conversions? Thanks. -

Sure, you should be able to just add the script to the product pages, or even easier, to the store footer template...

The Google analytics code should be added to your theme template files, then it will track all of the pages on your site. I use it in mine and it works just fine with PayPalCart.
